We identify and obtain appropriate farmland ownership and long-term land-use rights, subject to legal and agricultural due diligence conducted with local counsel.
Operate Core Crops
Land is cultivated by experienced in-country agricultural operators, growing core crops including wheat, corn, sunflower, and rapeseed.
Create Long-Term Asset Value
We seek operating income from agricultural production while maintaining exposure to the long-term value of the underlying productive land and associated rights.
Detailed underwriting assumptions, land selection criteria, and operating budgets are shared with qualified prospective investors as part of our due-diligence materials.

A Letter from Our Founder
First of all, thank you for opening my letter. This website was created for you and seven other highly respected investors.
My name is Mariia. I was born in Ukraine and moved to the USA with my husband two years ago.
It was in my third month here that I realized I had come to build something great. My mentors, and all the knowledge I was gaining along the way, had been preparing me for this.
First, I connected with a specialist in the agro sector in Ukraine. Valery has been working hard in this sector for 25 years. When his daughter was born, he had nothing, and he chose the best option available in the market to build wealth — agriculture.
After discussions with Valery and my mentors, we started looking not just for the best farmer, but for the person who had faced enough challenges to appreciate the opportunity and work hard.
We found Pavlo, who had been helping his father on a large piece of farmland since childhood. Despite all the losses, he had to stand up and keep going. He wants to change how the world thinks when they hear “Ukraine.” He wants people to know us for being hardworking, truthful, and resilient.
